You can see the black main cast iron drain pipe on the extreme left next to the partition that divides the utility room from the adjoining laundry room. The cast iron pipe in the foreground is a vent for the floor vent (note the 1/2 inch PVC pipe emptying the air conditioner condensation into the floor drain). The laundry room will become the bathroom with the shower to be placed just where the clothes washer is now located. The clothes washer and dryer will move eight feet to the left at the end of the current laundry room. img 1323
