FLOOR PLAN
The clothes washer will move eight feet down the wall on the right to a closet to be constructed at the opposite end of the current laundry room. The dryer will face it on the wall to the left in the same closet.
The water closet will be placed in the foreground left and the shower will be placed in the fore ground right (approximately where the current floor drain is marked by the vertical galvanized pipe). The lavatory will be placed where the dryer currently resides (marked by the laundry detergent box on top).
